Refund/Return Policy

At Lazuli Candles LLC, we make sure that all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. Therefore, we do not provide refunds and all sales are final. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event that a discrepancy is made on our end.

In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of your "delivered" date. Please contact info@lazulicandles.com with your full name, an image of the product and your order number and details of the situation and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

We are a small business and are unable to provide a refund in the case the wrong shipping address is entered during checkout. Please be sure to double check your information before processing the order. However, if you notice the discrepancy before the order is shipped out, please email info@lazulicandles.com as soon as possible and we will correct your shipping address.

If your order returns due to the incorrect address or marked undeliverable USPS , we will invoice you for your order to be re-shipped to the correct address.
